Natural-Looking Aesthetic Care, Physician-Led.
Aesthetic medicine at Perpetua Longevity is led by Dr. Lucia Mireles-Chavez, MD, board certified in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine and certified in Aesthetics and Sexual Wellness. Care is grounded in facial anatomy, medical safety, and conservative treatment planning.
The objective is not to change how you look. It is to restore balance, soften selected signs of aging, and help you look refreshed while preserving your natural expression.

Every treatment begins with a medical consultation. Candidacy, alternatives, and expected limitations are discussed before anything is scheduled.
Treatment planned by region, not by template.
Dr. Lucia assesses bone support, fat compartments, skin quality, and movement pattern before selecting any product. Explore the regions she most commonly evaluates during consultation.
Treatment Mapping
Forehead & Glabella
BOTOX® Cosmetic
Neuromodulator placed in individually selected muscles of the upper face. Dosing is mapped to your own movement pattern rather than a fixed template, with the goal of softening selected lines while preserving natural expression. Results are temporary and vary between individuals.
Illustrative only. Treatment regions, products, and candidacy are determined during an individual medical consultation.

Your Aesthetic Physician
Dr. Lucia Mireles-Chavez, MD
Aesthetic, Regenerative & Women's Wellness Medicine
Dr. Lucia leads all aesthetic, regenerative, and intimate-wellness care at Perpetua Longevity in Las Vegas. She is board certified in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) and holds dedicated certification in Aesthetics and Sexual Wellness (CMA) and Bio-Stimulating Aesthetics (InMode).
Her background is unusual for aesthetics. She trained first as a board-certified pediatrician, then added board certification in Obesity Medicine — a combination that shaped a careful, conservative approach to dosing and a habit of assessing the whole patient before treating a single region of the face.
Her treatment philosophy is deliberate: the objective is not to change how you look. It is to restore balance, soften selected signs of aging, and help you look refreshed while preserving your natural expression.
Because Perpetua Longevity is a physician-led longevity practice, aesthetic planning can be coordinated with the metabolic, hormonal, and preventive care led by Dr. Juan Chavez — skin quality and facial aging rarely exist in isolation from overall health.

Treatments Offered
A focused set of treatments, performed well.
BOTOX® Cosmetic
Expression preserved, not erased
Neuromodulator treatment may help soften selected expression lines for a period of time. Dr. Lucia maps dosing to the way your face actually moves, which commonly differs between men and women and changes with age.
- Treatment of selected expression lines
- Individualized dosing rather than templated units
- Planning that preserves natural movement
- Results are temporary and vary between individuals
Hyaluronic-Acid Dermal Fillers
Structure and contour, region by region
Fillers may be used to address selected areas of volume loss or contour change. Product selection, injection plane, and volume are chosen individually by region rather than applied uniformly across the face.
- Cheeks and midface
- Lips
- Chin and prejowl region
- Jawline and lower face
- Selected folds and areas of volume loss
- Reversible product classes discussed during consultation
Sculptra® Collagen Biostimulation
Gradual change across a series
Sculptra® is designed to stimulate the body's own collagen over time rather than provide immediate volume. It is a different treatment philosophy from filler, and suits patients who prefer change that appears progressively.
- Gradual collagen biostimulation
- Progressive change across a treatment series
- Not an immediate filler result
- Individual response varies
PDO Thread Procedures
Subtle support for selected patients
PDO threads may offer subtle tissue support for carefully selected patients. Candidacy is limited, and Dr. Lucia will say directly when threads are not the right tool for your anatomy or goals.
- Subtle tissue support for selected patients
- Temporary results
- Does not replace surgical lifting
- Requires physician evaluation to determine candidacy
Some patients may benefit from a staged plan rather than a single treatment. Depending on anatomy and goals, a plan may combine injectables, Morpheus8, microneedling, or FaceTite planning across several visits, sequenced for safety and recovery. Explore face and body procedures.
What to Expect
A medical consultation — not a sales appointment.
Medical Consultation
Every treatment begins with a physician consultation — never a sales appointment. Dr. Lucia reviews your medical history, medications, prior aesthetic treatment, and what specifically prompted you to come in.
Facial Assessment
Assessment is anatomical: bone support, fat compartments, skin quality, muscle movement, and asymmetry you may already have. Most faces are asymmetric, and mapping that in advance matters more than the product chosen.
Honest Candidacy Discussion
Candidacy, alternatives, expected limitations, and the option of no treatment are all discussed before anything is scheduled. If an injectable is unlikely to achieve what you want, you will be told so.
Staged Treatment Plan
Some patients benefit from a staged plan rather than a single session. A plan may sequence injectables, Morpheus8, microneedling, or FaceTite planning across several visits, ordered for safety and recovery.
Review & Refinement
Follow-up allows assessment of how you responded before adding anything further. Conservative initial treatment leaves room to refine; over-treatment does not.
Safety
These are medical procedures.
Aesthetic injections and thread procedures are medical procedures. Possible risks include bruising, swelling, tenderness, asymmetry, nodules, infection, vascular complications, and less common adverse events specific to the product and region treated. These are reviewed with you during consultation, along with alternatives and the option of no treatment.
Not every patient is an appropriate candidate for every treatment. Dr. Lucia will tell you directly when a treatment is unlikely to accomplish what you are hoping for, or when no treatment is the better recommendation.
Common Questions
Before your consultation.
Will I look overdone or 'frozen'?
Dr. Lucia's practice is built around conservative, staged treatment. Dosing is individualized to your movement pattern, and initial treatment is deliberately restrained so that refinement remains possible at follow-up. Softening selected lines while preserving your natural expression is the explicit goal.
Do you treat men?
Yes. Male facial anatomy, muscle mass, and treatment goals differ meaningfully from female anatomy, and dosing and product placement are planned accordingly rather than adapted from a female template.
How long do results last?
This varies by product, region treated, dose, and the individual patient. Neuromodulator and hyaluronic-acid filler results are temporary. Sculptra® works gradually across a series. Expected duration for your specific plan is reviewed during consultation, and no particular result or duration can be guaranteed.
Is this the same as a medspa visit?
Consultation and treatment planning are performed by a physician. Aesthetic injections and thread procedures are medical procedures, and they are evaluated with the same history-taking, screening, and informed-consent process used elsewhere in the practice.
Can aesthetic care be combined with longevity care?
Frequently, yes. Skin quality, body composition, hormonal status, sleep, and metabolic health all influence how the face ages. Patients working with Dr. Juan on prevention and metabolic health often coordinate aesthetic planning with Dr. Lucia, though each is evaluated separately.
What are the risks?
Possible risks include bruising, swelling, tenderness, asymmetry, nodules, infection, vascular complications, and less common adverse events specific to the product and region treated. These are reviewed with you during consultation, along with alternatives and the option of no treatment.
All medical and aesthetic procedures require individual evaluation and informed consent. Benefits, risks, alternatives, recovery, and expected limitations vary by patient and procedure. No particular result can be guaranteed.
