Early Detection

Cancer is far more treatable when caught early.

For most cancers, the difference between an early- and late-stage diagnosis is measured in years of life. Stage I disease is often curable; stage IV disease rarely is. Yet many cancers grow silently for years before producing a single symptom — and today's standard screening programs cover only a handful of cancer types.

Our concierge program closes that gap. We integrate full-body MRI, multi-cancer liquid biopsy, hereditary risk evaluation, and advanced laboratory biomarkers with standard guideline screening — then anchor everything in a personalized prevention plan you actually follow.

The Technologies

The same advanced screening used at leading executive-health centers.

We coordinate testing through trusted imaging and laboratory partners, then interpret every result in the context of your full clinical picture.

01

Full-Body MRI Screening

Comprehensive whole-body imaging — no ionizing radiation.

Prenuvo-style full-body MRI evaluates the brain, spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and musculoskeletal system in a single session. It can identify many solid tumors, vascular abnormalities, and incidental findings — often years before symptoms develop — and does so without exposing you to ionizing radiation. It is a powerful complement to, not a replacement for, guideline-recommended screening such as mammography and colonoscopy.

02

Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED)

Blood-based liquid biopsy for signals across 50+ cancer types.

GRAIL Galleri and similar MCED tests analyze cell-free DNA fragments in a single blood draw to detect methylation patterns associated with more than fifty cancer types — many of which have no recommended screening test today. When a signal is detected, the test also predicts the most likely tissue of origin, guiding rapid, targeted workup.

03

Hereditary Cancer Risk Panels

Genetic evaluation of BRCA1/2, Lynch syndrome, and 80+ cancer-risk genes.

For patients with a meaningful personal or family history, we coordinate germline genetic testing through accredited laboratories. Knowing your genetic risk transforms screening from generic to personalized — adjusting the modalities, the starting age, and the cadence of every test you'll ever have.

04

Advanced Laboratory Biomarkers

Inflammatory, metabolic, and tumor-related markers in context.

We interpret hs-CRP, fasting insulin, ApoB, HbA1c, vitamin D, and selected tumor markers as part of a broader risk picture — not in isolation. Chronic inflammation and metabolic dysfunction are modifiable, upstream drivers of cancer risk that traditional check-ups rarely address.

05

Personalized Screening Strategy

An individualized, evidence-based cancer screening calendar.

We build a screening plan around your age, sex, family history, genetics, lifestyle, and prior findings. Mammography, colonoscopy, low-dose CT for lung cancer, skin checks, and prostate evaluation are coordinated with trusted local providers — alongside advanced screening when appropriate.

06

Lifestyle Risk Reduction

Nutrition, fitness, sleep, and metabolic optimization.

Roughly 40% of cancers are linked to modifiable risk factors. We translate the evidence on body composition, alcohol, smoking, sleep, fitness, and metabolic health into a concrete, personalized plan — and monitor your biomarkers over time so we can see what is working.

Full-body MRI, MCED liquid biopsy, and genetic testing are performed by accredited third-party imaging centers and laboratories. Perpetua Longevity coordinates the ordering, integrated interpretation, and ongoing prevention plan. Advanced screening complements — and does not replace — guideline-recommended cancer screening such as mammography, colonoscopy, low-dose CT for lung cancer, and skin examinations.

Physician-Led Interpretation

You are not buying a test. You are gaining a physician partnership.

Advanced technology is only the beginning. Every imaging study, liquid biopsy result, genetic finding, and laboratory biomarker is personally reviewed by Dr. Juan Chavez and Dr. Lucia Mireles-Chavez — and integrated into a single, individualized cancer screening and prevention strategy built around your unique risk profile.

You will never receive a raw report by email and be left to interpret it on your own. We sit with you, explain what was found and what was not, place it in the context of your full clinical picture, and translate it into a clear plan of next steps — follow-up imaging, specialist coordination, lifestyle changes, or simply reassurance.

Direct review of every imaging study and lab result

Integrated interpretation across MRI, MCED, genetics, and biomarkers

Personalized screening calendar updated as your data evolves

Coordinated referrals to trusted specialists when indicated

Personalized Screening Strategy

Built around you — not a generic age band.

Two patients of the same age can have wildly different cancer risk. Your screening plan should reflect that. We build yours from a full personal and family history, hereditary risk, lifestyle and environmental exposures, and prior imaging — then schedule the right tests at the right cadence for the next several decades.

Plans are revisited as your data evolves — new family history, new biomarkers, new imaging — so your strategy stays current as the science of early detection advances.

Factors We Evaluate

  • Age & sex
  • Personal medical history
  • Family history of cancer
  • Inherited genetic mutations
  • Lifestyle & nutrition
  • Body composition
  • Alcohol & tobacco use
  • Sleep & circadian health
  • Environmental exposures
  • Chronic inflammation
  • Metabolic dysfunction
  • Prior imaging or biopsy findings

Screening recommendations are physician-led and adjusted to current evidence, guideline updates, and your individual risk trajectory over time.

Comprehensive Prevention

Roughly 40% of cancers are linked to modifiable risk factors.

Prevention is the most powerful intervention in oncology — and the most under-used. Your plan addresses the upstream drivers of risk, not just the downstream screening.

01Nutrition counseling
02Personalized exercise prescription
03Healthy body composition
04Sleep optimization
05Smoking cessation when appropriate
06Alcohol moderation guidance
07Metabolic & insulin-resistance management
08Inflammation reduction
09Environmental exposure awareness
