The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A physician-patient relationship is established only after you complete onboarding and a licensed Perpetua physician formally accepts you as a patient.
Eligibility & Geography
Perpetua physicians are licensed to provide medical care in Nevada and California. Use of clinical services requires that you reside in Nevada or California at the time of care.
Scope of Practice
Perpetua Longevity provides concierge virtual longevity care throughout Nevada and California. In-person consultations, diagnostics, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic procedures are available by appointment at our Las Vegas office. Specialized laboratory testing and advanced imaging may be performed by qualified independent facilities.
Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay patients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before scheduling services. Request one at any time by calling or emailing our office.

Limitation of Liability
