The comprehensive longevity evaluation is an extended in-person visit with Dr. Juan Chavez in Las Vegas. It is designed to bring your history, examination findings, laboratory data, and imaging together into a single, prioritized prevention plan.
Components are selected for each patient. Not every element listed below is appropriate for every person, and elements may be added or omitted based on your history and clinical findings.

About focused office ultrasound
Focused office ultrasound is a physician-performed, point-of-care assessment used to inform the clinical examination. It is limited in scope by design.
Focused office ultrasound does not replace formal diagnostic ultrasound, vascular imaging, or radiology interpretation when those services are clinically indicated.
Coordination of outside testing
When advanced testing is indicated, we coordinate it with qualified independent facilities and then review the results with you.

- Formal diagnostic ultrasound and advanced imaging
- Specialized laboratory testing
After your visit
You receive a written, prioritized plan covering cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, hormones, body composition, sleep, and lifestyle. Ongoing follow-up may be virtual, in person, or a combination, depending on what is clinically appropriate.
Services are available by appointment and require individual medical screening. Not every procedure or treatment is appropriate for every patient. Perpetua Longevity does not provide emergency or urgent care.
