Frequently asked questions
Do you accept insurance?
Perpetua Longevity is a self-pay concierge practice. We do not bill insurance, which allows us to spend far more time with each patient. Laboratory work and imaging ordered on your behalf may be billable to your insurance by the performing facility.
Do I have to live in Las Vegas?
No. We provide virtual concierge care throughout Nevada and California, and patients from other states frequently travel to Las Vegas for in-person evaluations and procedures.
What happens at the first visit?
We review your full history, goals, prior records, and current medications, then decide together which advanced testing is worth ordering. Nothing is ordered reflexively.
How is pricing determined?
Every plan is customized to your evaluation, so we do not publish treatment pricing. A clear, itemized quote is provided during your consultation before anything is scheduled.
How quickly will I hear back?
Appointment and consultation requests are typically answered within one business day by a member of our clinical team.
