Location & scheduling
In-person care is provided in Las Vegas, Nevada. Appointment details and visit instructions are confirmed directly with each patient after a request is received.
Virtual care remains available to eligible patients in Nevada and California.
Perpetua Longevity provides virtual physician-led care for eligible patients in Nevada and California. Select in-person longevity evaluations and physician-led aesthetic and wellness services are available in Las Vegas by appointment. Specialized laboratory testing, advanced imaging, DEXA, VO₂ max testing, coronary calcium scoring, and other diagnostics may be performed by qualified independent facilities.
Services are available by appointment and require individual medical screening. Not every procedure or treatment is appropriate for every patient. Perpetua Longevity does not provide emergency or urgent care.
All medical and aesthetic procedures require individual evaluation and informed consent. Benefits, risks, alternatives, recovery, and expected limitations vary by patient and procedure. No particular result can be guaranteed.
